Study on the Information Security Law of U.S.A

The information law of USA is very consummate and sequential, which reflects the principle of opening information and freedom of information first. By the law system, that emphasizes that legislation agencies altogether with administrative agencies and justice agencies work in line and surveillance for protecting the security of government information, trade information and personal privacy. And that also emphasizes the importance of policy, technology standard, organization management system inside and the character of personnel. Those experiences of USA are useful for constituting information security system of China.
