汽车电气电子系统EMC设计存在的问题及其改进技术

摘    要:为解决汽车电气电子系统EMC设计存在的问题,从线束干扰、车内电磁干扰、印制线路板的电磁兼容等问题出发,指出减小导线串扰、优化线路板、抑制机电部件干扰、采用屏蔽和滤波等技术,能够有效地改善整体兼容性,为汽车电气电子系统EMC设计提供参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems on the designing of EMC in automobile electrical & electronic system, basis on the interference of electromagnetic and wire, as well as the electromagnetic compatibility of printed circuit board were focused, and some techniques to reduce wire interference, optimize circuit board and restrain the interference of inner components, such as shielding and filtering technology, were put forward. By these, the overall compatibility can be improved and it can be taken as a reference.
