| 摘 要： | 以前坐椅左右侧板为例，综合阐述了覆盖件成形工艺补充面设计原则及应力变化；并用Autoform4．0软件模拟了前坐椅左右侧板拉延成形过程，得到该制件拉延成形的工艺参数；设计出该件的拉延工序模具。

| Abstract: | The formulation principle of automobile panel binder surface design and alteration of stress for front chair left-right side panel were described synthetically. The drawing process of front chair left-right side panel was simulated using software Autoform 4.0 feasible technological parameters were obtained and stretching die was designed. |
