嵌套法在加工修复中的应用

嵌套法，即通过在轴或孔中镶嵌一个套环，对已磨损的孔轴配合关系进行校正修复的方法。此方法最先应用于修理行业，并得到了较好的效果论证。在机械加工现场中，经常会由于加工失误使零件尺寸超差而达不到孔轴配合的设计要求，这些零件一般都作报废处理。就能否用嵌套法对报废零件进行修复使其变成合格品的问题，笔者用加工实例进行浅析。

The Application of Nested Method in Machining and Repairing

Nested method is a shaft or a hole mounted with rings, which have repaired the mating relationship between the attrited shaft and hole. This method was first applied to repair industries, and obtained good results. In the process of machining, dimensions of work parts exceed the determined technology dimension limits that cannot achieve the mating design requirements caused by processing errors, which are generally scrap. The analysis of issue was discussed with machining examples that whether we can also repair scrapped parts so that they become qualified ones by nested method.
