摘    要:本文对具有不同使用寿命的两种低铬铸铁抛丸机叶片(常用叶片和试制叶片),进行了失效分析及磨面形貌观察。失效分析表明:常用叶片既有正常失效,又有早期失效;试制叶片却没有发生早期失效;造成早期失效的主要原因是常用叶片内部有铸造缺陷。正常失效的叶片磨面形貌观察表明:常用叶片磨面受弹丸的切削作用和冲击作用而造成的切削痕迹、裂纹和剥落坑比试制叶片严重的多,因而其耐磨性比试制叶片低;磨面形貌差异的原因是由于这两种叶片的共晶碳化物形态和分布的特征不同以及叶片的硬度不同而造成的。

Abstract:Failure analysis and observation of worn surface of the pilot shotblaster blades were made together with those of common used ones. It was showed by failure analysis that the common used blades had both normal and premature failure however the pilot blades did not have premature failure. The premature failure is mainly caused by poor soudness in the common used blades. The SEM observation showed that microcutting. micro-tearing and spalling on the worn surface of the common used blade were more serious than those on the worn surface of the pilot one, therefore the wear resistance of the common used blade was lower than that of the pilot one. The difference between the worn surface features of two kind of blades is mainly caused by their micro-structures, carbide morphology. Carbide distrbution and matrix.
