铸造铝合金A356.0晶间腐蚀性能研究

摘    要:
对铸造铝舍金A356.0晶间腐蚀性能进行研究,分析了产生腐蚀的组织原因。结果表明:铸造铝舍金A356.0腐蚀的主要原因是共晶硅沿晶界分布,共晶硅和基体之间存在电位差,形成大阳极小阴极的腐蚀电池,基体作为阳极被腐蚀。晶间腐蚀敏感性低,但是内应力或杂质偏聚会增加晶间腐蚀敏感性,增大晶间腐蚀级别。

Abstract:
The Intergranular corrosion properties of cast aluminum alloy A356.0 are studied. The organizational reasons of corrosion are analysed. The results showed that the main reason for corrosion of cast aluminium alloy A356. 0 are eutectic silicon substrate distribution along the intergranular, there are the potential difference between the matrix and eutectic silicon. There are battery corrosions with large cathode anode and small battery. The matrix is anode corrosion. The sensitivity of intergranular corrosion of cast aluminium alloy A356.0 is low. But internal stress and impurity increases the sensitivity.
