| 摘 要： | 恶劣气象对道路交通系统有相当大的影响。在分析我国气候特点的基础上,对恶劣气象信息的采集、传输、发布、判断、处理做了必要的研究,并在现有的高速公路信息管理系统框架内设计出气象信息服务子系统。

| Abstract: | The terrible weather generates considerable effect on the road system.We should expand the cooperation space of transportation and weather actively in the opportunity of promoting harmonious and economical society in our country,it is match the development strategy of transportation and also match the development trend of the world transportation.This text made the necessary research in the terrible weather information of collection,transmission,publication,judgments and procession on the foundation of analyzing the weather character of our country,and designed the weather information service subsystem on the frame of existing freeway information management system. |
