摘    要:商标作为企业知识产权一部分与企业发展紧密相关;商标管理战略是企业发展战略之一。以"法尔胜"品牌为例,讲述江苏法尔胜泓?集团有限公司采取依托产品质量创建品牌、做好售后服务、利用法律维护企业知识产权、争创中国驰名商标等经营策略,大力推进商标战略的实施,扩大企业知名度和企业商业信誉,有效发挥无形资产价值,提高企业核心竞争力等,为企业创造更大的经济利益,在商标管理方面进行了积极的探索。

Abstract:As a part of enterprise intellectual property, trademark is closely related to enterprise management development. Trademark management strategy is one of enterprise development strategies. To take Fasten brand as an example, the management strategies adopted by Jiangsu Fasten-Hopesun Group are as follows: to establish brand by relying on product quali- ty, to do after-sales service well, to safeguard enterprise intellectual property by using law, to strive for building Chinese well-known trademark are expounded, to promote implementation trademark strategy greatly, to expand enterprise popularity and enterprise business reputation, to display intangible asset value effectively, to improve enterprise core competitiveness and so on. More economic benefit can be created to enterprise, and active exploration is done in the aspect of trademark management.
