X频段1000W连续波固态高功放研制

摘    要:X频段1 000 W连续波高功放采用了全固态方案。但受到单个固态器件输出功率量级的限制,必须采用功率合成的技术途径实现。方案采用模块化设计技术、独立散热技术、分散滤波技术、灵活的调幅调相技术和模块化合成技术等多种先进措施,使设备各项技术指标都达到了设计指标,满足了实验要求,合成效率达到80%以上。由于采用模块化方案,因此较易实现设备的维护和维修。其稳定性和可靠性也已历经了2年多的实验验证,未出现问题。

Abstract:Development of 1 000 W continuous wave high power amplifier for X-band adopts a solid state approach.However,power output level of individual solid state device is limited,power synthesizing technology requires.An approach is proposed combining modular design,independent cooling,dispersed filtering,flexible phase-amplitude modulation,and modular synthesis,which makes equipment technical parameters meet design specifications and experimental requirement.The synthesis efficiency is over 80%.And modular approach facilitates equipment maintenance and repair.Its stability and reliability have been proved through experience for two years,and no problem ever takes place.
