电动汽车磷酸铁锂电池最佳SOC工作区研究

摘    要:磷酸铁锂电池由于寿命长、安全性能好、成本低,已经成为电动汽车的理想动力源和能量源。电池的荷电状态(SOC)是影响电池性能及使用寿命的主要因素之一,以10 Ah磷酸铁锂电池单体为研究对象,对其开路电压、极化电压、电池内阻进行了实验研究。结果表明,当电池单体SOC在20%~90%时,磷酸铁锂电池的电压和内阻变化平稳,确定为电池的最佳工作区。

Abstract:Due to long life,high safety and low cost,the lithium iron phosphate battery has become the ideal power source and energy sources of electric vehicles.The SOC of battery is one of the main factors of battery performance and service life.10 Ah lithium iron phosphate monomer was studied,and the experimental study of its open-circuit voltage,the polarization voltage and battery resistance was conducted.The results show that when the cell SOC is 20%-90%,the voltage and internal resistance of lithium iron phosphate battery smoothly vary,so it's the best work area for battery.
