| 摘 要： | 科学发展观把发展作为党执政兴国的第一要务,坚持以人为本,以全面、协调、可持续的基本要求和统筹兼顾的根本方法,指导经济社会和人的全面发展,从而为全面建设小康社会提供了强有力的保证;科学发展观将发展至上性的价值理念,通过发展目的的人本性、发展方式的永续性体现出来,强调人、自然、社会的全面、协调、可持续的和谐地发展,充分彰显了科学发展观的意义与价值。

| Abstract: | The scientific outlook on development takes development as the top priority of the Party in governing and rejuvenating the country,insists on putting people first as its core,comprehensive,balanced and sustainable development as its basic requirement,and overall consideration as its fundamental approach,instructs the economic society and person′s full scale development,thus provides the powerful guarantee to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects;The scientific outlook on development reflects the value idea of the supreme of development by the person natural disposition of the development purpose and the sustainable of the development method.Stresses on the comprehensive,balanced and sustainable harmonious development among the human,nature and society,fully demonstrates the significance and values of the scientific outlook on development. |
