| 摘 要： | 分析了洁具连接件的塑件工艺特点，介绍了洁具连接件注塑成型模结构及模具的工作过程，并重点介绍洁具连接件注塑模结构的设计方法。阐述了洁具连接件滑块抽芯的基本设计思路，针对塑料制件的结构特点设计出相应的模具结构，还论述了现代化模具CAD技术在洁具连接件注塑模具设计中的应用。

| Abstract: | The processing characteristics of the connection part of sanitary wares are analyzed.The injection mold structure and working process of the part are introduced.The design methodof the mold structure of sanitary wares is introduced mainly.The basic design idea of slidecore-pulling for the part is presented.Based on the structure characteristics of the plasticpart,the corresponding mold structure is designed.The application of modern CAD technol-ogy in the mold design of connection part of sanitary wares is discussed. |
