摘    要:采用喷水减温的火电厂主蒸汽温度控制系统,因减温器前后的导前区和惰性区的不同响应特性,导致主汽温波动大,直接影响到机组的经济性和稳定运行。炉膛辐射能信号能快速地反映炉膛烟气出口的温度变化。通过对过热汽温的主要影响因素的分析,针对单元机组主汽温控制中的滞后特性,提出了将炉膛辐射能信号引入到主汽温控制回路的设想。引入炉膛辐射能信号参与的主汽温控制控制策略,改变了主汽温在惰性区内的延迟,使主汽温的控制品质提高。通过在沙角A电厂300 MW燃煤机组上的实际运行试验,证明了这种方案有效可行。

Abstract:Main steam temperature is fluctuant with a varied scope in desuperheated spray coal-fired power plant as the different response characteristics of leading and retarded control, and economical efficiency and steady operation of unit plant can be affected directly. Through analyzing the influence factors and delayed specialty of superheated steam, a kind of control strategy introducing radiant Energy signal into duct pilot of steam temperature is put forward. Stable main steam temperature can be obtained due to the rapid response of E by using the control method above, steam quality has improved as the same time. This is a feasible scheme carried out in a 300MW pulverized boiler of Shajiao A Power Plant.
