大型国际机场工程进度绩效的影响因素分析——基于北京大兴国际机场的案例

摘    要:进度绩效是工程项目重要的控制要素之一。大型机场工程具有工程规模巨大、工程建设程序复杂等特点,导致其建设与管理统筹管理难度比一般项目更大。以北京大兴国际机场建设指挥部与运营管理中心的22个部门为研究对象,基于组织行为学理论,考察部门工作项数、风险等级和进度跟踪问题数量对工程进度绩效的影响,探究进度跟踪问题数量的调节作用,并通过回归分析对研究假设进行实证检验。结果表明:工作项数、风险等级、进度跟踪问题数量均与进度绩效呈显著负相关关系。并对后续新建机场建设与运筹管控的进度推进工作提出可行的管理建议。

Abstract:Schedule performance is one of the important control factors of an engineering project.Large airport projects are characterized by large engineering scale,complex construction procedures and so on,which indicates that the schedule control of large airport projects is more difficult than other types of projects.This paper focuses on the 22 departments of Beijing Daxing international airport's construction headquarters and operation management center.Based on the organizational theory,this paper discusses the effect of work quantity,risk level,and progress tracking problems on schedule performance,and investigates the moderating effect of progress tracking problems using regression analysis.The empirical results show that work quantity,risk level and progress tracking problem have a significant negative correlation with schedule performance.This paper puts forward some feasible management suggestions for the construction and operational control of airports to promote the work progress.
