摘    要:通过混合试验、制粒试验以及烧结杯试验研究了强力混合技术对高比例精矿烧结的影响,包括混合效果、制粒效果以及烧结指标,阐明了强力混合影响高比例精矿烧结的作用机制.结果表明,与圆筒混合机相比,采用强力混合机时混合料中水分、生石灰和核颗粒分布更为均匀;制粒效果得到改善,制粒小球中粒度大于3 mm含量提高了8.25%(质量分数)...

Abstract:The effects of intensive mixing on mixing, granulating and sintering were studied by mixing test, granulation test and sinter pot trail, and the function mechanism of intensive mixing on sintering performance with high proportion iron ore concentrate were investigated. The results indicated that comparing with conventional drum mixer, the uniform dispersion of moisture, quicklime and coarse nuclear particles are realized by utilizing intensive mixer;and the suitable granulation moisture is 8.75 mass%, the average particle size is increased by 0.22 mm, the permeability index is increased by 13.2%;the sintering speed is increased by 2.06 mm/min, the yield is increased by 0.58 %, and the tumbler index is increased by 0.91%, the utilization factor is increased by 0.07 t/(m2·h), and the FeO content of the sinter is reduced by 0.52 mass%, the reduction degradation index(RDI+3.15 mm) increased by 4.13%, and the reducibility index increased by 5.17%.
