| 摘 要： | 通过分析首钢501滑板及其机构存在的问题以及滑板纵向裂纹产生的原因,开发了新型滑板及其配套机构。通过在首钢90t钢包上的使用,证明该滑板的使用寿命有大幅度提高,从而降低了吨钢成本,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | A new cone-shaped slide plate and equipment were developed by tackling the present problems of Shougang 501 type slide plate as well as the longitudinal cracks.The service life is proved remarkably longer after using the new slide plate for Shougang 90 t ladle.The steel production cost,accordingly,is lowered to a large extent. |
