摘    要:作为清洁能源的一种形式,风力发电目前在全世界受到高度关注。研究表明风电场可能对航管监视、气象观测等雷达设备产生显著影响。该文在介绍风轮机雷达散射特性及其微动特征的基础上,从影响评估与干扰抑制两个方面系统分析了风电场对航管监视及气象观测等雷达设备的影响,对现有的影响评估方法与干扰抑制算法进行了梳理,提出了其中的关键技术和尚待解决的问题,给出了后续可能的发展方向与展望。

Abstract:As a kind of renewable and clean energy, wind energy is widespread concerned by countries around the world. However, it is shown that wind farms have a serious impact on air traffic surveillance radar and weather observation radar. Based on the radar scattering characteristics and micro-motion features of wind turbine, the effect of wind farms on air traffic surveillance radar and weather radar is analyzed systematically from the respects of the influence evaluation and clutter mitigation respectively. This paper gives a comprehensive overview of the influence evaluation methods and clutter mitigation technologies. The key technologies and the problems to be solved are proposed, and the development trend and prospects are also addressed.
