| 摘 要： | 大型建筑工程项目施工过程的优化和管理是一个重要的课题。目前尚缺乏有效的工具对整个的工作流程进行建模与分析。Petri网因其严格的数学定主和丰富的分析方法，不仅能够仿真过程的性能参数，更以其良好的结构性而对过程的结构进行分析。为此，以堆石坝施工过程为例，研究了基于Petri网的施工过程的建模以及流程的仿真与分析，从而提出一个施工过程管理的框架。

| Abstract: | The optimization and management of construction process is a key for major construction project But there is no effective tool to model and analyze the whole construction process at present With the strict mathematical definition and plentiful analysis methods, the Petri network not only can simulate the performance parameters of construction process but also can analyze its structure This paper studies on the Petri network based on the modeling of construction process in rockfill dam, and the process simulation and analysis A framework of construction process management for rockfill dam is presented |
