氧化锌避雷器阀片电位分布测量系统的研制

摘    要:为了更加准确的研究氧化锌避雷器(MOA)阀片的电位分布,采用光纤-电流法研制了一种新型MOA阀片电位分布测量系统。此系统只需将传感器安装到MOA中即可得到任意电压下的MOA阀片电位分布曲线,大大提高了试验的工作效率和准确度。用该系统测量500kV电站用MOA阀片的电位分布和用有限元软件AN-SYS计算试验的MOA阀片的电位分布的结果一致性较好,证明了该测量系统实用性很好。

Abstract:A new measuring system for voltage distribution on MOA resistor is introduced. This optic-electric measuring system is designed by using the optical fiber-current method, consisting of 20 sensors for getting voltage signal in MOA (transmitter and optical fiber transmission system) and 4 receivers. The transmitter changes the voltage signal of the sampling resistance into an optic pulse signal by neon tube, and then the optic pulse signal is changed into an electrical pulse signal and transmitted to the receiver by the optical fiber transmission system. After putting the sensors in the ZnO arrester, we can get voltage distribution on ZnO resistor under any voltage. Thus, the efficiency and veracity of measurement test are improved. The potential distribution test of 500kV MOA has been done by using the designed optic-electric measuring system. And the current distribution of ZnO resistor was gotten, and then the voltage distribution was obtained. Then the potential distribution of the MOA (on the bracket 2 meters high) was calculated with finite element software ANSYS and the calculated result was gained. The results show that the measuring results can reflect the potential distribution of MOA reatively accurately. And they got the same trend in reflecting the potential distribution. Both results are consilient, and that proves the validity of this system.
