摘    要:采用模块化方法设计了头盔冲击试验台微机测控系统,详细介绍了基于单片机AT89C51的头盔冲击控制系统模块和以高性能数字信号处理器TMS320F206为核心的高速数据采集模块的实现原理,模块间通信采用了RS-485总线网络,同时主控机具有基于TCP/IP的以太控制网络接口。

Abstract:Microcomputer measurement & control system of helmet-impact testing platform is designed by the method of modularization. The module of helmet-impact control system based on single-chip AT89C51 and the module of high-speed data acquisition system based on high performance digital signal processor TMS320F206 are implemented in the system, in which communication between modules is based on RS-485 bus network. The main computer has the interface with Ether control network based on TCP/IP as well.
