| 摘 要： | 针对纸卷卷取松紧程度无法实时检测的问题,重新考虑了紧度表达的含义,对纸卷紧度做出如下的定义：用纸卷的直径变化规律来反映纸卷卷取的紧度.根据不同纸种对紧度的要求设定了相应的直径变化曲线,重点分析了前、后底辊转矩差以及液压系统所释放的压力对紧度控制的影响,得出了有效的控制方式,从而达到了实时在线测量紧度的目的.

| Abstract: | Directed towards the problem of the paper rolls tightness can not be detected on-line,reconsidering that it can be used the rules of paper rolls diameter changes to reflect the tightness of coiling of paper rolls.Analyze the factors torque and pressure which effect tightness,then make out effective control method and make real-time online measurement come true. |
