| Abstract: | Optical quality of surfaces of thin PLZT (Pb0.9La0.1(Zr0.65Ti0.35)O3) ceramic plates were investigated with a computer-generated hologram. The surfaces of PLZT samples showed fluctuations in local curvature, and wedgeness for all the cases studied. |
