基于温差电效应回收发动机废气余热的研究

摘    要:通过理论分析、数值模拟与实验方法对基于温差电效应的发动机废气余热回收系统进行了系统的研究。用所搭建的单片温差发电器件(TEG)实验平台,对选用的TEG性能进行了测试实验。设计了用于发动机废气余热回收的热电系统单元,并对其性能进行了测试实验研究。根据CFD软件计算的发动机排气管流动与传热特性结果,分析了该热电回收系统在某发动机整个排气管上应用的收益情况,结果表明:在发动机标定工况下,总输出功率提高2.9%,燃油消耗率降低2.8%。
