锂电池组单体电压采集电路的设计

摘    要:
为保证电动车的正常、可靠和安全行驶,电池管理系统必须实时监测电动车电池的电压。在现有的电压采集电路基础上,提出一种基于AS8501的检测电路方法,从硬件和软件两方面提高电压、电流的采集精度。通过实验和仿真分析,该方法具有精度高、体积小,对锂离子电池组影响小等优点,避免对锂电池组过充、过放,可以准确估算SOC.

In order to ensure the normally and safely driving of electric vehicle,the battery management system must monitor the voltage of electric vehicle battery.This paper is based on the existing basis of voltage acquisition circuits,proposed a new method of detection circuit based on AS8501,and this method improve the accuracy of voltage precision from both hardware and software.Through the experiment and simulation analysis,this method has the advantages of high precision,small volume,and little influence on th...
