电磁轴承磨床电主轴控制器的研究

摘    要:
为了解决电磁轴承本身的复杂非线性引起电磁轴承磨床系统中同时实现高刚度和高转速的矛盾,以电磁力为控制输入量,将电磁力计算公式、电磁铁及功率放大器集成为电磁力构件,通过电磁力构件反算电磁铁的励磁电流来确定控制器输出信号。该方法可以将电磁力计算与控制器设计分开考虑,在考虑温度、转速、漏磁及涡流对电磁力的影响以及电磁力与励磁电流、气隙非线性关系基础上,通过电磁力构件建立励磁电流与控制信号的关系,控制器设计则不必再考虑电磁力非线性问题的影响。试验表明,采用电磁力构件的方法设计的H¥控制器能够实现高刚度与高转速两项指标,并能够克服电磁力摄动对系统性能的影响。

Abstract:
In order to solve the difficult that achieves the high stiffness and high rotational speed of grinding machine system supported by electromagnetic bearing (EMB) at the same time because of the EMB’s nonlinearity, electromagnetic force as the input and electromagnetic force formula, electromagnet and power amplifier are integrated to electromagnetic force components. On the basis of thinking of relationship and effects above, the excited current is calculated inversely in order to ensure controller output signal. The advantages of this method are that the calculation of electromagnetic force and the controller de-sign can be considered separately without considering the nonlinearity. The experimental results show that the two indexes can be achieved at the same time and the effects come from electromagnetic force perturbation can be overcame by means of being adopted H¥ controller with electromagnetic force components.
