摘    要:主动配电网技术通过调度分布式电源及储能单元,实现对配电网双向潮流的主动控制,提高了配电网对间歇式能源的消纳能力。完善的监测控制系统是实现主动配电网主动控制的关键。针对控制系统研究其测试平台,以主动配电网协调控制方法为例,通过分析其测试需求,提出了一种基于DIgSILENT的测试平台方案,详细说明了平台接口的实现方法。根据实际的测试效果总结了测试系统的测试时序,并结合示范工程算例的典型场景对控制器和主站进行测试,通过与仿真结果的对比,验证测试平台的有效性。

Abstract:An active distribution network (ADN) actively implements the bi-directional power flow by the rational dispatch of the distributed generator (DG) and energy storage system (ESS), so that the intermittent energy consumption capability is improved. An effective monitoring and control system is the key for active control and this paper focuses on the test bed for the active control system. By analyzing the test demand for coordinated control of ADN, the simulation test bed based on DIgSILENT is proposed with the implementation of the interface discussed in detail. With the test sequence confirmed, the effectiveness of the test bed is verified by testing several typical scenarios of the demonstration project site.
