废钢槽专用旋转吊具的研制

摘    要:为了实现废钢槽旋转90°向转炉加入废钢,研究设计了一套具有4个吊点强制平衡的废钢槽专用旋转吊具。在吊卸废钢槽作业时,通过操作吊车主小车起升机构完成废钢槽升降,通过旋转启动按钮控制吊具正向或反向旋转,可实现废钢槽水平方向360°范围内任意角度摆放,完成向转炉加入废钢的作业。

Abstract:In order to add steel scrap into a convertor by turning the scrap trough at make the angle of 90 degrees, the rotary special lifting device with four lifting points for mandatory balance for the scrap trough was developed. In the operation, the scrap trough was lifted and lowered by controlling main hoisting mechanism of the crane. By turning the start button for controlling the lifting device to rotate forwards or backwards, the scrap trough could be placed at any angle in the range of 360 degrees in the horizontal direction for adding steel scrap into the convertor.
