| 摘 要： | 介绍了闪速存储器的发展历史，分析了闪速存储器单元及电路的工作原理，并就“与非”结构闪速存储器进行探讨，最后讨论了在闪速存储器中应用的误差矫正码／电路和深亚微米（０．２５μｍ）闪速存储器技术。
