Abstract: | ![]() "Three leaderless Group Discussion judging techniques involving leadership rankings by observers, recorders, and participants were applied to 228 college subjects arranged in 19 all male and 19 mixed sex groups of six each. Judging-agreement within and among ranking conditions was high." Sex was not important. The results were so promising that this approach is recommended as both a predictor and a criterion.
