变密度拓扑优化法及其在调模板结构设计中的应用

摘    要:阐述了拓扑优化的基本理论,并利用ANSYS软件提供的新颖的变密度拓扑优化法对注塑杌调模板进行了结构优化,找出调模板最优的结构形式.优化后的模板与原模板相比较,大大降低了应力和变形.该方法为改进模板结构提供了理论依据,对于解决工程设计问题有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:Topological optimization theory was enunciated in this paper, and variable density topological optimization method was used to analyze the rear platen's structure of injection molding machine by ANSYS software. The optimal structure was found out and it had lower stress and strain than original. Topological optimization method gave the theory base to improve the platen's structure, and it was useful for solving practical problems.
