摘    要:化工企业仪表发展趋势大多是采用集成电路,微处理设备,但集成电路抗雷击、静电能力十分脆弱。在雷暴天气,由于遭受雷电袭击,微电子设备易受到损害,影响了企业生产正常运行。石化企业如果没有有效的防雷措施,很容易发生着火爆炸事故。为了满足在全天候环境下化工企业安全运行,仪表系统的抗雷击、静电预防工作显得尤为重要。

Abstract:In chemical enterprise,integrated circuit and microelectronic device are adopted for most of the instruments. However,the integrated circuit is subject to lightning and static electricity. In thunder storm,the microelectronic device is easily damaged by lightning,thus influencing the normal operation of enterprise. Fire and explosion easily happen in petrochemical enterprises without effective lightning proof measures. In order to ensure the safe operation of chemical enterprise in all weathers,lightning proof and static electricity prevention become especially important.
