固体可逆接触式玻璃电极的特性与测量大白鼠胃液酸度的试验

摘    要:将固体可逆接触式医用微型玻璃电极用于测定大白鼠胃液的pH值及电位差,测量值与定型生产的酸度计所测数值相比较,统计其测量偏差。试验结果表明这种电极的测量偏差比较小,而且pH值与电位差呈线性关系,在医学上具有很好的应用前景。

The properties of glass electrodes with reversible solid contact and detecting pH value in stomach somach solution of white rat
Abstract:The medical micro-type glass electrodes with reversible solid internal contact are used for measurement of pH value and potential difference in stomach solution of white rats.As compared the measurement values of PB-20 type acidimeter,the statistical figures show thatthe deviation of such electrodes is slight and the relationship between pH and potential difference is linear.As a result, this kind of electrodes holds dood potential for medical application.
