摘    要:本文介绍了一种基于超高压泵头体材料模拟平台的数据采集控制系统,该系统为模拟平台采集压力、温度、应力等信息,并可对压力(50MPa 200MPa)进行连续调节,实时监测被测材料的开裂情况.本文介绍了该系统的设计背景,并对系统的工作原理进行了详细的介绍.

Abstract:This paper describes data acquisition and control system of high pressure pump material simulation platform, it collects pressure, temperature, stress and other information, regulates the pressure from 50MPa to 200MPa continuously, moni- tors the tested materials cracking in real time. This article describes the system design background, and the system working principle in detail.
