变频驱动液压电梯控制系统综述

摘    要:介绍国内外变频驱动液压电梯控制系统的技术发展概况,阐述各种形式的变频驱动液压系统的结构和工作原理,针对变频驱动液压电梯控制系统中的几个关键问题进行了详细的分析,包括液压回路内泄漏的补偿,低频力矩,下行回路启动压力预平衡,电磁屏蔽,大闭环控制,下行能量回收以及降低装机功率的方法等。指出变频驱动液压系统是液压电梯的重要发展方向之一。

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the situation of technical developments of VVVF controlled hydraulic elevators at home and abroad, the structural and working principles of VVVF controlled hydraulic system are also discussed in detail.Furthermore, some key issues of VVVF controlled hydraulic elevator system are analyzed, including the internal leakage of hydraulic system, low frequency torque, pre-pressure balance methods for downwards, electromagnetism shield, car speed feedback, downwards energy recovered and supply power reduction methods,etc.. At last, the conclusion is that VVVF controlled hydraulic system is one of the important ways for developing hydraulic elevator.
