摘    要:针对传感器稳定性的测试需要,基于KEITHLEY2000表的功能和SCAN卡的功能,对其应用进行了二次开发,设计了单通道传感器稳定性测试和多通道传感器稳定性测试的硬件平台.通过对KEITHLEY2000表的RS-232通讯参数设置、测试参数设置进行研究,在.net平台下用C#语言完成了传感器数据采集和传感器稳定性数据的分析程序,实现了传感器稳定性数据的自动测试功能.测试精度与KEITHLEY2000表的测试精度相同.

Abstract:The testing hardware platform of single-channel and multi-channel sensor stability has been designed to meet the demand of sensor stability testing,which is based on KEITHLEY2000 and SCAN card.And it's the secondary development of KEITHLEY2000 and SCAN card.The platform makes the data automatic testing of sensor stability come true by the research of KEITHLEY2000's RS-232 communication and testing parameters setting.The program of sensor data collection and sensor stability analysis is written by C# language on the.net platform.The testing precision is equal to the testing precision of KEITHLEY2000 sheet.
