Construction Experience of Urban Underground Pipe Gallery in Suzhou

While the length of urban underground pipeline grows rapidly in China,but its intensive level is still low,so there are many serious problems such as resources waste,environmental damage and urban security risks. This paper introduces the specific construction measures of underground pipe gallery in Suzhou,including organization settings,institution improvement,financing mode,technical support and charging mechanism,in order to provides a comparative reference for other cities.
