未来的燃煤电厂——中国绿色煤电计划

未来社会对燃煤发电不仅要求高效率、低污染,而且还要求具有二氧化碳的处理能力,而现有的洁净煤技术很难满足要求。中国华能集团公司于2004年提出旨在实现燃煤发电具有更高效率、污染物和二氧化碳近零排放的绿色煤电计划,并联合国内7家能源和投资企业组建了绿色煤电公司,共同实施绿色煤电计划。绿色煤电计划将分为3个阶段逐步实施,第1阶段建设自主创新的250MWIGCC电站,已选址天津滨海新区临港工业区,目前正联合华能技术中心、西安热工研究院等科研、设计和制造单位共同完成研发和建设任务。

Coal-fired power plant in the future——China's GreenGen Project

High efficiency, low pollution and ability of CO_2 disposal are all be necessary for coal-fired power generation in the future, which are difficult to meet for existing clean coal technique. Based on this, China Huaneng Group (CHNG) put forward the GreenGen Project in 2004 to realize higher efficiency and near zero emission of pollutants and CO_2 for coal-fired power generation. In addition, CHNG united seven national energy and investment enterprises to establish the GreenGen Company to implement the GreenGen Project. The GreenGen Project is to be of three stages, at first of which a 250 MW IGCC power plant of independent innovation is constructed. This power plant has been located at Lingang Industry Area in Tianjin and under R&D and construction by the GreenGen Company, uniting the CHNG Technology Centre, TPRI and other research, design and manufacture enterprises.
