摘    要:
针对二极管激光器发出的光束在快慢轴方向发散角不同和现有的半导体激光器光束的整形方法的成本较高,提出了利用几何光学的方法,采用双曲面透镜-微透镜-椭圆柱面-平面-平面-圆柱面透镜组合,最终将光束变成宽度很窄的平行光,进入光纤.该方案具有设备简单,可控参数较多等优点.

Abstract:
Combination of dual-surface lens,microlens,elliptical cylinder,flat-flat-cylindrical lens were adopted in order to minimize divergence angle at the different processing speed axis send out from LD,and reduce costs in beam's reshaping for LD.Simple derivation and computation were also done with expectation to change the beam into of a parallel one with a very narrow width to embed the fiber.Processability and probability of adjustment of this combination in experiment were displayed as well.Moreover,the comb...
