摘    要:陶瓷玻化砖具有耐高温,高硬度,耐磨损,耐腐蚀,低膨胀系数,价格便宜等特点,因而其用途非常广泛,抛光处理是陶瓷玻化砖生产中的关键工序,抛光陶瓷玻化砖的主要工具是金刚石刮轮,文中研究了刮轮制品金刚石参数间的关系公式,这对金刚石刮轮参数的设计具有重要的指导意义。在得到的金刚石参数间关系公式的基础上,讨论了刮轮刀头胎体和金刚石质量,浓度,粒度的设计思路和方法,制造的金刚石刮轮在实际生产使用中效果比较理想。

Abstract:Ceramics tile are widely used because they have many good characteristics sue has heat-resistance, abrasion hardness, wear-resistance, acid-proof, low-expansion and low-price. Polishing is a key procedure in ceramic tiles production,and the mostly used tools for polishing is diamond scraping wheel. In this paper, theoretical calculation and analysis were carried out and a relational formula was obtained. Trie formula gave reasonable technical parameters such as diamond grade, its grit size, thermal stability and concentration for making diamond scraping wheel.
