优质高掺量黄磷渣水泥制备技术研究

摘    要:本文研究了黄磷渣用作生料配料和水泥混合材时,黄磷渣掺量、粉磨工艺、入磨风温、助磨剂种类对水泥性能的影响。结果表明,生料中掺3.5%黄磷渣,控制合理的三率值,熟料性能良好;采用立磨单独粉磨黄磷渣较混合后球磨的工艺,水泥性能可明显改善;黄磷渣中P_2O_5和F含量会随入磨风温的升高而减少;采用0.01%TEA+0.01%TIPA助磨剂复配方案,制备的高掺量黄磷渣水泥性能良好。

Abstract:The effects of yellow phosphorus slag dosage, grinding process, wind temperature and grinding aid on cement performance were investigated. When using yellow phosphorus slag as raw material mixture and cement mixture. The results showed that when the raw material is mixed with 3.5% yellow phosphorus slag, and the three-rate value is controlled reasonablly, the clinker performance is good. The cement performance can be significantly improved by using the vertical mill alone to grind the yellow phosphorus slag compared to mixed and grinded in the ball mill. The content of P2O5 and F in the yellow phosphorus slag will decrease with the increase of the wind temperature. The high-content yellow phosphorus slag cement prepared by 0.01% TEA+0.01% TIPA grinding agent has good performance.
