Measures for increasing production of clinker system in our company

Shandong Donghua Cement Co., Ltd. has two 5 000 t/d clinker production lines. Under normal conditions, the output could be stabilized at 5 200~5 400 t/d. The coal and power consumption of the whole production system were high, and the late strength of clinker was not ideal. For this reason, our company fully understands the industry dynamics, timely adjusts the development ideas, actively promotes the technological transformation of production line to increase output and efficiency, effectively improves the clinker line production capacity, the clinker output of both lines reaches more than 6 100 t/d, and the economic operation indexes have been significantly improved.
