摘    要:工业机器人的应用已经成为汽车制造业现代化水平的重要标志之一。机器人焊接系统是一个典型多复杂系统的集成应用,自主研发基于PROFIBUS现场总线的系统控制技术,实现面向汽车工业的多机器人焊接系统的多层次、多总线系统的集成控制;使用多层现场总线的网络架构来合理分配PLC和机器人的控制任务;使用安全PLC来完成大量安全信号的采集和逻辑处理,极大提高整线控制系统的标准化、模块化水平。
