摘    要:阐述了在项目实施阶段,现场签证、价款调整、工程变更、工程索赔是项目实施阶段引起承包商高价结算的主要原因,也是业主投资失控控制的重要内容,尤其是在工程变更与现场签证上,业主更应将其列为重中之重加以控制,并进行剖析,提出对策。

Abstract:The paper illustrates the site visa,the cost adjustment,the engineering change,and the engineering claim are the main reasons for the settlement at high price for the contractors during the implementation stage of the program,as well as the main contents of the control over the runaway investment of the owners,and indicates the owners should be listed in the most important task to be controlled at the engineering change and site visa,and has the analysis and points out some strategies.
