| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the foundation of the cement plant’s location and the surrounding circumstance,adopts the air compressor handdrill blasting method to undertake the foundation excavation,solves the difficulties in the engineering construction,and proves it has little influence on the surrounding environment and the foundation. |
