还原剂SRC在活性染料染色清洗中的应用

摘    要:棉及其混纺纱线织物活性染料染色后常见清洗方法是使用皂洗剂去除浮色。采用还原剂SRC进行清洗试验,以破坏浮色发色基的理论为依据,首次发现还原剂SRC可用于活性染料染色后的清洗中,其最佳使用量为1.0~1.5 g/L,清洗浴pH值为4.0~4.3,温度控制55~60℃,时间为5~10 min。还原剂SRC清洗对棉及其混纺纱线的色光没有影响,尤其对于染深色和特深色纱线或织物表面浮色的去除非常有效,保证了色牢度。与活性染料的常规皂洗剂工艺相比,还原清洗工艺是一种具有节能、节水、省时、省力、环保、提高效率的新工艺。

Abstract:The common applied washing method in reactive dyeing of cotton and its blended yarn knitted fabric is to use soaping agent to remove the loose color. Based on the theory of destroying the color groups of the loose color,the SRC reductant is introduced in the washing process. It is found that the SRC reductant is suitable to be employed,whose optimized applied concentration is 1.0~1.5 g/L with the washing bath pH value of 4.0 ~4.3 , temperature of 55 ~60 ℃ and time of 5 ~10 minutes. The SRC reductant does not influence the colored light of cotton yarn and its blended fabric,is particularly effective for loose color removal of darkly-dyed or deep darkly-dyed fabrics,and the fastness is also ensured. Compared to the conventional soaping technology,the reductant based one bears many advantages such as saving of energy , water , time and labor , environmental protection , and improvement of efficiency as well.
