摘    要:
在铝合金大截面悬垂线夹金属型重力铸造生产中,改变传统分型方式,采用将铸件立放、垂直分型,消除了铸件缩孔、缩凹和裂纹等铸造缺陷,使铸件承受破坏载荷能力比设计要求提高30%,产品合格率达到98%,生产效率提高35%.

Abstract:
The defects in large section aluminum alloy perpendicular clamp in permanent mold gravity casting were analyzed.The casting defects,such as shrinkage hole,contracted cave and crack,in the castings have been effectively eliminated by vertically assembling casting and perpendicularly parting,which improves the bearing load by 30% than designed ones.The qualified rate of the product reaches 98% and the production efficiency is increased by 35%.
