刚果(金)某含铜炭质板岩选矿研究

摘    要:针对采场硫化铜矿原矿中炭质板岩含量上升,给选矿生产造成的影响,通过组织试验研究,调整了选矿药剂制度与流程,在磨矿粒级-0.074mm占比65%的条件下,采用预先脱炭流程,并以丁铵黑药、异丁基黄药和戊基黄药为组合的捕收剂,取得良好的试验效果,同时,在实际生产中也取得了较好指标。工艺调整后,选铜回收率较调整前,总体提升达到8%,有效提升了公司效益。

Study on the selection of copper-carbon slate slate in The Democratic Republic of the Congo

Abstract:In view of the rising content of carbonaceous slate in the mining Copper sulphide ore, which affected the production of minerals, The system and process of mineral-processing agents were adjusted through tissue test studies, and the pre-carbonization process was adopted under the condition of grinding grain-grade-0.074mm accounting for 65%, and the capture agent was combined with butamathan black, sote and xylitol yellow medicine. Good test results have been obtained, and good indicators have been obtained in actual production. After the process adjustment, the recovery rate of copper selection increased by 8% compared with before the adjustment, effectively improving the company"s efficiency.
