摘    要:为满足油样检测环境要求高及响应快、全自动化的控制要求,设计了以西门子S7-1200 PLC为控制核心的控制系统,采用颗粒度仪、ABB双臂机器人、振荡仪、步进电机及其他传感器,实现了油样颗粒度检测流程的全自动化控制。详细介绍了油样颗粒度检测控制系统的工作流程,提出了列表扫描的控制方案。应用效果表明该控制系统性能稳定、过程灵活、模式多选。

Abstract:In order to meet the high requirement of oil sample testing environment and the control requirement of fast response and full automation, a control system with Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the control core was designed. The full automatic control of oil sample granularity detection process was realized by using granulometer, ABB dual arm robot, oscillator, stepper motor and other sensors. The work flow of the oil sample granularity detection control system was introduced in detail, and the control scheme of list scanning method was proposed. The application results show that the control system has stable performance, flexible process and multiple modes.
