醚化剂3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵的制备

摘    要:以盐酸、三甲胺水溶液、环氧氯丙烷等为原料合成醚化剂3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,用萃取剂进行萃取以除去微量有机杂质环氧氯丙烷和1,3-二氯-2-丙醇。结果表明,合成的最佳工艺条件为n(环氧氯丙烷)∶n(三甲胺盐酸盐)=0.95∶1,反应溶液的pH=8,反应时间4~6 h,反应温度为低温。

Abstract:Etherifying agent 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride was synthesized by hydrochloric acid,trimethylamine aqueous solution,epichlorohydrin and so on.Epichlorohydrin and 1,3-dichloropropano were extracted by solvent extraction agent.The proper technological conditions for the process was obtained that the molar ratio of epichlorohydin to trimethylammonium chloride was 0.95 and the pH of the reaction mixture was 8,the reaction time is 4~6 h,the reaction temperature is low.
