摘    要:本文简要地描述单细胞蛋白质的开发利用.从啤酒废酵母中提取分离生物蛋白质营养源研究中的主要内容:经过物理、化学方法,从压榨啤酒废酵母泥中除去杂质,并使分离出的啤酒酵母脱去苦味;采用水解或化学处理,破啤酒酵母的细胞壁;优选出蛋白质得率高的精制生物蛋白质粉的工艺路线及其实验结果的数据.

Abstract:The development and utilization of single cell protein is described briefly in this paper. The main points about the extraction and separation of biological protein from waste beer yeast are removing contaminants in pressed waste beer yeast by physical and chemical methods, making separated yeast debitter, breaking yeast cellswall by hydrolysis or chemical process. From the experimental results the most suitable technique was optimized,in which a high yield for protein powder extraction and separation could be obtained.
